This Easter was one of the most special Easter's I have ever had. Chase and Ella had both expressed their readiness to take communion, so after meeting with the Children's director of our church and the Elder's, they were able to join the church by taking vows and professing their faith. It was so wonderful to see them profess their faith and love for God.
After Chase and Ella were official members, Olivia was baptized.
And after church we went immediately to the airport for our flight to Philadelphia.
Olivia's first appointment for her legs was the next day at the Shriner's Hospital.
I wanted some pictures of her feet prior to the castings, not just to see the change but also because
I love these soft, little feet.
Aren't they adorable?
But when the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman,
subject to the law. God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves
to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children. And
because we are his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our
hearts, prompting us to call out, "Abba, Father." Galatians 4:4-6
